Lets cheak Conditions For B2B Sellers  As our rules , B2B sellers should send their peoducts to our wearhouse by their own cost.  To be our B2B plateform member , they have to pay a certain amount as security and be our honarable member.  Wait for accpetence and recieve recipet.  Sellers will be paid (?) percentage monthly/ weekly.  They will be paid after a successful transection if their items.  They have the legal rights to take out their products from our wearhouse anytime, in tje case they have to inform us in advance.  They have to agree with our all of conditions. Conditions for B2B buyers  There is no fees to be our B2B buyers membership. Its for free.  They must place a order in okaypia B2B plateform.  Before place a order , they need to pay a little amount as a shipping cost.  They can choice cash on delivery service.  Must need to pay total amount when they accept their goods.  They can cheak their goods when they got goods in their hand.  No aftersale service available.  All instuction are available in website. Conditions For B2C sellers  Apply for membership.  Must to show their identity.  Desceiption about their business.  After cheaking their business Area , they should be qualified and pay a certain amount to money as security.  They will be paid within 2 days after a successful transection.  If buyer cheat with customer and okaypia recieve complain , okaypia has rights to punish the supplier.  Attention to our website for updates. Conditions For B2C customers  They shohld read our privecy policy.  Can order from anywhere in bangladesh  If customer’s address is out of our service , they should recieve items from our nearest UP agent.  To make order , they have to provide their informations and log in our website.  Their informations will secure by us.  Need to pay shipping cost in advance  Can choice cash on delivery service. Terms To be our UP agent  Need to apply.  Okaypia has right to cheak the background of applicants  Have to pay a Membership fees/ investment fees/ Security money.  A agent need a marketing workers, a delivery man and a account manager.  Need computer for manager and smartphones for marketing and deliveryman.  They have to arrange a delivery car by thier own expense.  They will be paid monthly.  They will recieve a percentage of their performance and service.
